Green Developers

Hello all,

I have been struggling with the process of Green Development for over twenty years. I am closer now than I have ever been. I am in the process of forming a development company, I have been a contractor for 30 years. My first project will be an infill parcel, 4 acres in Franklin North Carolina.

I love the Appalachian mountains, they have been under attack for decades by The Tennessee Valley Authorities coal burning plant. It is my mission to build 500 units spread out across the area that will begin to rduce the energy demand and hopefiully put TVA out of business. From these models we will push the edge of technology, and that does not necessarily mean complexity. The profits will be reinvested into better and better projects.

We are working on a zero energy, passive, heating and air conditioning system. It looks very promising. Along with an insulator made from an abundant, clean, bug & fire resistant, agricultural by product. The site plan and building design are part of an ongoing three year design effort.

I have met some incredible people along the way. One retired NASA engineer has designed a passive solar greenhouse that you can grow vegetables in year round, it is at 3500 feet elevation! Jacque Fresco, www.futurebydesign.com, has been a great personal inspiration along with numerous other artisit, visionaries and brave frontier builders.

The time is now. Hope is here.

Conditions are coming together to force the conciousness of society into this direction.

A portion of all profits go to support heartland, www.whyagain.com.My friend dr. michael ryce has dedicted his life to delivering the tools to the planet to clear out the negative realities we hold in our mind body energy systems.

We have a lot of good times ahead, come join the ride!!
